Smokn' Bar B Q Grill

Awesome food! Best chicken and dumplings. The BBQ is great and his homemade sauces are delicious!

I spent a good deal of my younger years in the kitchens around Concord, Kannapolis, Salisbury, Faith, etc.
I had the pleasure of working with Chef Randall Barringer and Chef J. W. Melvin. My proudest and most memorable experience was with Dwight Martin of Winks Bar-B-Que in Salisbury. I became the kitchen manager for Winks from 1991 - 1995. We were rated as the best Bar B Que 3 year's and 2 cd to Lexington for 1.

Great food, good price. Great lunch spot. I first ate here about 4 years ago while I was in town.
I just come back today because I was in town again and was pleased to see it was still around. I know where to come and where to send other for some good BBQ if they are the area. Thank you for the excellent food and service.
