LongHorn Steakhouse

I've been twice recently - once at lunch with my daughter and once at dinner with my husband. Everyone was friendly. Everything was clean. The lunch menu is very reasonable. Service was great. Dinner was mediocre. Thinnest filet I have ever had. I ordered Sam Adams, got Blue Moon - which isn't a big deal to me; I drink both. Just surprised that the waiter couldn't tell the difference - even with the orange on the rim.

Wonderful experience at the Salisbury location. My wife and shared an 18 ounce T-bone and the new steak seasoned chicken wing appetizer. Would have given 5 stars but had to "wait" surprising long for a "medium-well" steak that was more medium than well. My wait to be seated was shorter than my wait for my meal. Overall, it was a good experience and I will return again.

Food was good, service not so much. Party of 12 adults & a few children. We were initially told 45 minutes & that turned into over an hour. There were multiple parties of 4-6 people that came in after us that were seated before us. Why continue to seat people in the area, when you needed space for a large party? The hostesses just seemed confused on what to do. After being seated, we had 2 waitresses who took out orders. The food took almost 45 minutes to come out to only half the table, & the rest of us waited at least an additional 10 minutes...long enough for the ones who had their food already went ahead & started eating. Other tables that were there before us, looked as if they waited awhile for food also. The manager on duty seemed to wonder around aimlessly, with no customer interaction or sense of urgency. We were there for a total of 3 hours. I've been with larger parties at other restaurants & been in and out on half the time. Please do better

Thank you for the outstanding customer service! My baby cousin and I had a BLAST! OUR SERVER WAS amazing (I totally forgot her name) but I cant forget her outstanding customer service. The manager was also very professional and nice. Our appetizers took FOREVER and the manager gave us a complimentary appetizer.????

Great steak and lobster. Cost is about the same as similar offers at multiple places, but their steaks are cooked perfect. Skip the onion dessert, not worth the cost. Decent selection of local beers, and the regular selection of beers.
