The BBQ is so, so good here! I had the pulled pork, fried okra, red slaw, and cornbread. It was fantastic. The service was great and friendly as well. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my next meal here.

Fantastic choice for Authentic Southern BBQ! I had the ribs (dry) and the meat pulled off the bone so easy I stripped them clean. Very nice rub flavor and a wonderful smoke ring. Best ribs I've eaten. Wife had the burnt ends and she loved them. I will be back to try the brisket next
Give 'em a try, if you like real BBQ flavor without smothering in BBQ Sauce you will love it. If you have to smother your meat with BBQ sauce . . . Well . . you'll love it too but your missing the art of smoking meat.
The rub used on the ribs was perfect! Don't Use The Sauce! Get them Dry.
Try it, you'll like it.
If not, well they have an assortment of BBQ sauces at the table you can use as you wish.

Someone recently discovered this place so we made the quick drive down to try it out. Superb food especially if you like smoke infused meats. Loved the "Burnt Ends" with mac and cheese. Highly recommend!

This place has some of the best BBQ ever! It has always been clean when I have been there. The prices are a little high on some meals ($10-25), but the portions are very generous! The servers are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone! Also, you should try the funnel cake fries.

Excellent food. Excellent service, thanks Meghan! We had brisket, ribs, Cajun turkey and burnt ends. We loves it all. Turkey was moist and perfect, brisket was tender and still moist, ribs were flavorful and I loved the sauce. The burnt ends were perfection. The collard greens were the best I've ever eaten. My husband said better than his Nanny's. Everything is made in-house including the sauces and dressings. We can't wait to go back and try some of their other items . This place is the real deal! Loving The Smoke Pit!!! (Also, not far off the I-85, if you're traveling.)
