Other than the waitress being slammed and getting things a little slower than you would like it was great. Great food, comfortable atmosphere.

So many different things to choose from and they are all good. I've yet to be disappointed. My favorite thing to eat there is the chicken florentine crepes, they are amazing! Our waitress has been there for 19 years and always stops and asks us how our kids are no matter how long it has been since we've eaten there.

IHOP is not what it used to be. At least this one isn't. The food was good, the service was ok, but the restaurant was just dirty. At 830am on a Thursday, I don't think it should be that dirty. None of the floors had been swept, probably from the night before. My menu pages were glued together with syrup. The waitress had to bring me another menu. This restaurant has been updated recently but it's not being properly kept up. And I just can't afford it anymore either. Way overpriced. My bill was $45 without tax for 4 people. We didn't order anything out of the ordinary. That's too much for breakfast. Save your money and have a better experience elsewhere for less money

Good food and even better service. My family attended a birthday brunch here this past weekend. Our waitress was talented enough to be working at a high end food chain and I was impressed by her display of passion for serving customers. The food was also good and everyone at the table was satisfied.
The restaurant was clean and comfortable.
The location is convenient and connects to retailers by maneuvering through the parking lot.
