    Basic, definitely no frills. Small area, food was as expected. Nothing great. But there were several regulars that came in who were like family and loved the place.

    Ive been ordering from here for 5 years. I always liked the food and I love the staff, but the taste quality was going down in my opinion. So Ive been going to Taste of China in China Grove over the past year. I thought id give it another shot and it was worse than I remember. Even the kids complained about the quality of noodles. My husband who absolutely loves ALL chinese complained. The lo mein and rice was bland. I hate to say but that is our last trip.

    I have eaten here at least 20 times and I’ve never had a bad meal. Yes I had a meal that I didn’t like as well as the others but they were never bad. If you like steamed dumplings be sure to get a order of them. The management there is also wonderful. Enjoy!
