Very cute bar-b-q place. Kids that dine in eat free which is a really good deal. We got the sweetest server & we felt very welcomed. Bathrooms were very clean. Food was delicious at a great price. Service was quick. I will def come back when I’m town & recommend anyone that’s driving through to stop and eat here! Wish we had this place in Charlotte!

Amazing establishment. Food has become famous in Rowan County and for a great price. Service was exceptional, owner is very hands on in making sure the restaurant is running smoothly. Spoke with one of the managers, Megan who was checking in on customers. Very friendly and makes the customer feel important. I could tell the staff works well together and seemed happy with employers which can make or break a business.

Had the Meatloaf Special with Onion Rings, Fried Squash and Hush Puppies. Another person in our party had the same thing. Because it was one of the daily specials we were concerned that the side items would be light in portions. To our pleasant surprise, the portions were very large and all the food was good. Their Hish Puppies are soft and sweet, just the way I like them. I return to Spencer again tomorrow and may choose to eat there again.

Original Hendrix! BBQ heaven! Absolutely the best BBQ hands down. Love the chop sandwich with hot dipping sauce and the season fries. Pellet ice makes for the coldest drinks ever. Service is fast and friendly and it is always clean. Be prepared to wait at peak times but you will not be disappointed!

Great BBQ and Amazing Annie was our waitress. First time here, everything was great. This is Great Carolina BBQ!! They make the best hush puppies ever. The buffalo chips are delicious and they make there own ranch and honey mustard sauces. Great wings too. I highly recommend eating here. Ask for Annie she is a Terrific waitress. Thank you for taking care of our family.
