Chili's has recently become my wife and my favorite chain restaurant. We have always loved their thin crisp chips and their salsa exceeds many Mexican restaurants. There free items for $10 is unbeatable. Service has been great and it is well worth the trip of 25 miles one way to eat there.

The food was on point. Unfortunately, they were understaffed due to call out from employees. The wait time was longer than usual. However, the lady that did wait on us was very nice and doing her best to cover most of the dining room. I will go back and hopefully they will be fully staffed.

EDIT - they seem to have gotten better managers and waitstaff. My recent visits have gone well, with no issues.

4yrs ago - 1 star - I've been to this location several times ... this visit topped the rest in horrible service. The waiter (don't recall his name) was slow to take our order, but not too slow. Another server/food runner delivered our appetizer, as he was nowhere to be found. Our food was ordered with the app ... it took 30+ minutes for our food to arrive, when it did it was cold. It doesn't take 30 minutes to cook a few burgers and a salad. (Which was awful) I was going to let it pass and never eat there again, until ... I saw our waiter standing at the bar, chatting with customers at the bar and watching the football game. I lost any composure after that.
I will say the manager tried to rectify the situation.
Do not go on football days and have a male waiter.
