“Today was my first time visiting Louie's Cafe and let me just say.. their food is absolutely wonderful. I got the lasagna and a piece of pizza and it was very delicious! While the food was outstanding, the owner Louie was not very welcoming or friendly. I stood at the checkout counter to pick up my to go order for about 2 or 3 minutes and when he approached, he just didn't give off a friendly vibe. The younger girl who eventually came over to work the register was nice. Anyway, this place has awesome food and I will definitely return.”

“Fast friendly service with good food. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking, there is front parking on the street but 2 public parking lots beside the restaurant. Wheelchair assessable entrance. Table's and bar seats inside and table's also available outside in front. Kid friendly. Pet friendly in the outside seating area only. Separate gender restrooms, very clean. Over all great experience and I will be back!”

“The people here are very nice/pleasant and they gave us HOT fries (not lukewarm like so many places at a drive-thru). We forgot to order the apple turnovers at the box so we asked at the window and the cashier gladly added them for us. He forgot to bring them when the rest of the order came up, and he apologized and brought three (instead of just the two, which are already a great deal at 2 for $1). All of out special requests were perfect and it took less time than several other Hardee's we've frequented.”

“The food at this location is consistently good, and we go there fairly regularly. My only complaint, and the only reason I don't give them a full 5 star review, is because they sometimes have a tendency to skimp on the condiments. Example: I went there the other day for their "2 fish sandwiches for $5" deal, and both had only a small smear of tartar sauce on one side. One bun left dry, and the other bun given only half of the amount of tartar sauce necessary to reasonably cover the bun. The sandwich was still good...the fish was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the buns both perfectly soft, with the shredded lettuce nice and fresh. So just adding some of my own tartar sauce at home made it perfect. But it would have been better if they'd just done it right in the first place. They often do the same with the mayo on their chicken sandwiches. Otherwise, the food there is great. Just know you might need to supplement the condiments when you get your food home.”

“Service was slow. Some food was very hot but main dish was kind of cold. Going to try something different next time. Not quite as good as I remember it being years ago. Our server was very nice and friendly. Just took so long , about 40 minutes for a hotdog and onion rings.”
