It was my first time there. The hot dogs were really nice. The onion rings delicious. Very friendly people.

Good food and friendly folks! Best to order over phone before if going on lunch break as they don’t cook until you order.

This is the definition of a perfect Small Town country diner. the menu is vast and reasonably priced. Actually we were quite blown away on how reasonably priced it was. The service was outstanding and friendly. The waitresses daughters were working in the kitchen and we love to see that nice family atmosphere. I can't wait to go back so I can try more things from the menu.

The food ways delicious and a great price. The only complaint we had was the waitress kept letting us run out of coffee but other than that I would highly recommend this place especially if you want an old fashioned breakfast.

This thing says I posted a one star rating. I didn't. If a place only gets one star from me I don't post anything. Gilkey Cafe is a much better little place than that. I give it five. My one visit was pleasant and the food was good.
