Circle B BBQ

Brisket was delicious and had a very tasty outter bark. Mac and cheese is mind blowing! Highly recommend!

Every so often, I get a hankering for good, traditional western NC barbecue. A few folks recommended Circle B to me when I lamented that Hickory Log was not here anymore, so we tried the Carryout Special tonight.

Well, let me tell you. A pint each of pork, red slaw, and beans, big ol' buns, and enough hushpuppies to make you hurt. And my wife, bless her, picked up a pint of mac and cheese while she was at it.

It was all very good. The kids are having cake for dessert, but another helping of meat and red slaw--that was my dessert. Whole-flippin'-heartedly recommended. If you like traditional 'cue and you happen to be in the Small Town Friendly, you won't be disappointed here.

Your pork was great but your fries smelt like they were cooked in very over used grease

Unbelievable food!! You have to try the mac and cheese it is out of this world!! The brisket and smoked chicken are both amazing as well. Honestly everything on the menu is great. Be sure to ask about the desert of the day! We drove over an hour (and passed many other bbq joints) to eat here and we were not disappointing. We will be making that drive from now on when we want BBQ!!
