    Taco Bell in the Midland and Charleston area are usually Great ! But Scotland County Taco Bell is usually at best fair. They don't prepare the food as well as the restaurants in the SC Areas I mentioned before.

    I stop in regularly, but my visit this past Saturday was extraordinary. I stopped in for a cold cup of tea, when the lady didn't ask me what size, at first I thought she misunderstood.
    She handed me a "courtesy cup", and said "have a nice day"!. This was a surprise and very welcomed. Southern charm and hospitality ~Thank you Taco bell
