It's simply great! Always have been. Great place, rather quaint and uniqueness of location. Small place so better get there early. Try pecan pancakes........
Clean, service was great, very attentive. Never had to look around for a drink refill. Always walking around to check on you, prices reasonable. Food was very tasty, lots of blueberries in pancake and omelette and diced potatoes filled plate. Back of dining room over looked the river. Only down side was parking, they're right on edge of road so a little tricky getting in and out and not a whole lot of parking. But will definitely return.
This place has amazing food. The waffles were so light and fluffy, I wished I could eat more. Lol. Alas, the one waffle and bacon with orange juice was enough to fill me up. I got a taste of one of the 3 egg omelets and that was good, too! Great service. Heads up for Sunday, though... there may be a wait time.
Great food, with large portions. This is a busy place. The seating is a little tight and not designed for a group more than 4. We had six people and they only had one table that would seat our party. We broke into two booths of three back to back which worked great for us. However, their booths are not really big enough for two people on one side especially if you are not small people. The food was very good. You will not walk away hungry. You will probably need to park across the street. We will revisit when we are back in the area!
We were excited to try this place since it had so many great reviews. Luckily we got a table by the window which was great. There were empty tables near us while people were waiting a long time for a table, which I didn't understand. My eggs we not done enough for me. The whites were still runny, when I specifically asked for whites to be done. My boyfriend ordered cheese eggs, cheese was cheddar which is weird. Pancakes were good. Waffle House is better, but we wanted to support a locally owned business.
