Papa John's Pizza

Ordered from this location twice. First time was rather disappointing as the pizzas were not even cooked all the way. The crust was doughy and these cheese was only partially melted. I chalked it up to the possibility of a new line cook or just an off day in general. The second time, I placed a delivery order. The order showed up sooner than expected, however one of the pizza boxes looked as if it had been dropped at some point. The box was pushed in so hard that there was grease seeping through! Of course, when it was opened all of the toppings stuck to the inside of the box. In frustration I called and spoke with a manager. The gentleman was very apologetic and promptly resolved the issue with a credit for future purchases. For that reason I did not give a lower rating.

I went in on a busy Friday night to pick up an order, and was immediately greeted and helped. Everyone was busy, but checked in with me to make sure I had been taken care of when I was waiting for my pizza to be finished. Friendly and attentive staff, and you can always count on tasty pizza.

Been several times since they opened. I have had wonderful experiences each time. Great customer service and food. Couldn't ask for more in a pizza place. I would definitely recommend it.
