(April 3, 2019, 4:14 pm)Monroe NC has a great BK! I have numerous years of customer service experience and I was totally in awe of this establishment. The entire staff is excellent. The GM was very friendly and engaged with his team and all the guests. They were very clean in comparison to competing fast food spots as well. Bathrooms were fresh and stocked, team members were pleasant, and my King's Meal Deal was hot and fresh! It was lunchtime on a Monday and quite busy, but service was flowing smoothly and I received the kind of service I expect, EXCELLENCE! Well done Burger King of Monroe, NC. I appreciate all you do. Definitely a new go-to on the regular. Did I say "Yummy"!

(April 3, 2019, 12:22 pm)Easy meal to share with granddaughter. She enjoyed mixing her own drink. Frys were hot from the frier. Customer service super. Internet was down, but they honored my electronic coupon.

(February 26, 2019, 9:06 pm)Prompt service. Ordered mayo and cheese only kid's burger but was also given ketchup as well. Other than that, the food was as ordered and funnel cake fries were delicious.
