    This location's early morning service is the best that I've experienced in the area. My daughter works at another fast food place close to this location. She closes on weekends & I pick her up between 3:30-4:30am depending on how busy they were. We normally stop by this location to grab some food. The crew is friendly and they hustle to get the food out in a timely manner. There are 2 locations in Indian Trail close to my house, one at Sun Valley & one near Walmart. Both of those don't come close to providing the late night/early morning service that this location offers.

    Of the two McDonald's in the area, this is the better run restaurant. Service is quick, the ice cream machine is actually working the majority of the time, and the food is prepared as requested. Lately the measure of fast food for us is if they can follow the simple request of not putting cheese on my wife's sandwich. They've nailed the request every time at this location.

    They need more help. Lol very busy and slow. They really need to add the new kiosk to place your own order.
