Growler USA - Indian Trail

The first couple times we came here it was good. The last time we went there waitress forgot to put in our orders we waited 20 minutes before we asked where our drinks were and the food took another 30 min to come out. The waitress seemed very distracted and didn't multitask very well. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you don't mind the wait. We won't be going back

I've been going here since it opened great place to go with friends or family. Foods always on point and the beer well anything you would want is available. The employees are very polite and can answer any questions you have with the menu or beers they have to select.

Despite a staffing issue beyond their control my Wife and I had an awesome time. Our server, Aria, took great care of us all while having to take care of all guests at tables by herself. She's a superhero for that. The restaurant was very welcoming and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The live entertainment was very good but could have been slightly lower, volume wise, as it was very hard to talk across the table and we were halfway back of the restaurant. It wasn't too big of deal but worth mentioning. The beer was ICE COLD which is GREAT! The selection of beer is awesome. Our appetizer was absolutely amazing and could easily be enjoyed by four hungry people. Our burger was absolutely perfect. We split a one pound burger and still took half home and we're not light eaters. Overall, it was a great experience even with the staffing issue. I highly recommend giving them a try. This place is AMAZING..!! Great beer selection, Great food, Great customer service, Great owners..everything is just Great. I passed by so many times but never visited this location until last night (shame on me). Thanks to my best friend who suggested, actually forced me to go there and that was really a very good decision. The food we ordered was fantastic. I ordered couple of different beers to taste and my husband ordered hard liquor and we really enjoyed our night there. Very friendly and a safe family place. Got a chance to meet one of the owner Sawan. He is an amazing person, very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this location.
