This pizza is amazing let me just say that, and my roommate and I would pick it up almost every friday or Saturday. Last week we called just to see of they deliver to our address and BAM the guy came back on the phone and said we do deliver. So we placed our order and got the beat pizza in town.
To my surprise when we go to order tonight we are told that...we are out of the delivery area..within 4 miles but last week 7 miles was not an issue.....? The manager gets on the phone and she says "oh it must have been a mistake" Really a mistake from one week to the next, you forgot ranch dipping sauce that's a mistake, not that you deliver 4 miles and decided to drive 3 extra last week.
Yes I know I'm lazy for ordering delivery but I was willing to pay
Their deep dish pizza was so thick, not tooo greasy and beyond horrible for your health, but incredibly delicious and oh so satisfying. Treat yourself to Jet's once in a blue moon. Or weekly. Daily, even. It's good pizza!
Fantastic; hot, steamy, greasy, and powerfully flavorful. Papa John's and Pizza Hut are never getting my money again.
We were greeted by a friendly employee who was helpful in making our decision of what to purchase for lunch. We purchased a garden salad and thin crust pizza. The pizza came out hot, exactly how we ordered and very quickly. It tasted very good and would definitely go back again. The only reason for a 4 star is because they don't allow for substitutions and charge a dollar more to switch from black olives to Kalamata olives in my salad which seems weird since every other restaurant would switch with no problem.
Update: After talking to Eric the District Manger he was so kind enough to correct What had happened to me with my order and the miscommunication at this location and with him being kind , understanding and apologetic I have no problem buying my favorite pizza again! He gave me excellent customer service and did fix the problem in a very timely fashion!!
I have ordered from this place many times and it always has great service but not this time they gave me a coupon that stated I would get a 20% discount on my full order if I text in my order. when I proceed to place my order today via text it does not work , so I called the location and was told that “we pass out the coupons early even though our system is not up yet”. I ask but on the coupon in states it’s available NOW. So they tell me “they cannot honor the coupon that they have passed out to the customers.” I think this is a very bad way of promotion and customer service I was shocked when nick told me he will not honor the coupon that they are passing out.
