“Tonight the wife and I decided to go back to the Golden Coral in Monroe again. The last time we were there we had a slight problem with getting a steak that wasn't burnt. Tonight we were amazed how the difference from last week to this week could be. The same lady that was having problems last week was cooking the steaks again and she was doing an excellent job. The steaks were perfect. I ate three myself just the way I like them. The waitress Lynn, was great. She worked so hard in her area. We never had to ask for tea or to remove the plates. I have to say tonight was a good experience. We're looking forward to going back again soon. We give them an "A" for tonight. Thank you Golden Coral Staff.”

“I had the Bacon Cheeseburger meal and it was one of the best if not the best burger I have had in a long time. Crispy bun with a nice medium well patty that was super juicy. This was all while they were so busy I had to park in the adjoining target parking lot to pick up my take out. I guess it goes to say if it’s packed then it probably has good food. Kudos to the team to for there friendly service.”

They said I called back to cancel it! That’s a lie! Never will I bother with this place again! Updating my review again! “I've been going to this restaurant for years. I drive over 30 minutes to get there and it's well worth the time. Staff does an outstanding job and knows how to treat their customers. The wait to dine-in is never more than 15 minutes. The calzones and the thin crust pizza are my favorites. Bread sticks and cinnamon sticks are good too. You guys do a great job. Keep it up!”

“Pizza is really good and freshly prepared, we got a regular crust and a stuffed pizza and unfortunately I feel like the stuffed pizza is missing something? Maybe needs more cheese inside? Just tastes a little off balance with the amount of dough and meats/cheeses etc. The regular pizza baked perfectly in our oven, nice soft crunch and the flavor is outstanding. I definitely recommend this place if you want a pizza to take home that's not frozen, tastes very good, and you are patient and can appreciate the preparation put in and the fresh ingredients. At least you can watch your pizza the entire time from it being prepared, to baked, and in your stomach. As a first time try, I highly recommend.”
