Sushi SUYU

Best sushi I've ever had! And I've had amazing sushi in Hawaii. I ordered the sassy girl and dynamite salmon rolls. Their shrimp tempura was absolute perfection too. Great service and reasonable prices. Can't wait to come back!

Stopped by Sushi SUYU today and was thoroughly impressed. Their specialty rolls were delicious. Fish was super fresh and literally melted in your mouth. Flavoring was on point and their rolls were really unique with a variety of great flavors and textures. We each had a regular roll and a specialty roll and everyone loved their food. My wife got the veggie roll and I was very surprised at how good it was. Normally I wouldn’t waste the stomach space for a veggie roll, but after trying it, this roll would be something I would order regularly. We wrapped up the meal with dessert, a deep fried sweet Korean pancake with vanilla ice cream, it was a perfect meal ender. Overall, really great food, love the ambiance of the restaurant and high quality dining for sure.

If your are looking a place for eat sushi… this is the place.. very clean, very good customer services, delicious plates of sushi and nice environment.. personal very courtesy.. after our horrible experience waiting in tap station.. this was our best and wonderful choice! Thank you for the great work guys! Continues doing!

We had a lovely experience dining in here! The food was fresh, flavorful and delicious! The tempura shrimp was perfectly cooked and tender. Sushi rolls also tasted great and there was enough variety to cater to all dietary needs.

Service was lovely and staff was really friendly. I would highly recommend! This place makes for a great date night or family dinner.

We visited for lunch today and were wowed on all fronts. The service was kind, knowledgeable, and fast (thanks Willow!), the space was beautiful and modern, and the sushi was delicious and unique. We were blown away by the K-pancake (just try it!) We will absolutely be frequent flyers! What a perfect addition to downtown Apex. Shoutout to the owner Dean and his brother for all the hard work and creativity that they put into this place!
