Southern Craft Butchers

I’m not a big fan of sandwich shops unless they use high quality/fresh ingredients. I don’t go to any of those chain ones, can’t stand them. I decided to try this place out after seeing it on FB and thought it looked pretty good and I was not disappointed! Loved everything about this place. The location..it’s in a cute shopping center that looks like a little village, never seen anything like it. The employees were friendly & energetic. The sandwiches were delicious! Bread tasted like it came straight from a bakery. Really good meats. Fresh veggies. Delicious spreads. I just wish they were a bit closer, I live 25 min away but I’d say it’s worth the drive and I’ll definitely stop by again :)

Finally had a chance to try their sandwiches, ordered the Italian online and it was ready by the time I arrived. One of the best sandwiches I have had, certainly one of the bests Raleigh has to offer. Looking forward to trying the roast beef next!

Always really great quality meat. Mark and his team are always happy to cut meat to order if it’s not displayed in the case. I’ve only had one sandwich but it was fantastic. Great bread and the bacon was thick, generous and out of this world delicious.

Locally owned shop with a really friendly owner and staff. Definitely a place you can feel good about supporting. Oh, and their sandwiches are aaaaamazing! Good people and good food, can’t go wrong.

Almost did not go here as it is a butcher shop and we were looking for a lunch spot. Small sign caught our attention for a Saturday Special Burger.
