The food was very authentic and delicious. Our server was friendly and treated us like family. Would highly recommend!
Amazing experience. We got the meat sampler and veggie sampler, which was served on an enormous piece of flat bread with a basket of rolled flatbread to eat it with. You won't go home hungry, and it's an awesome array of flavors. When we mentioned it was our first experience with Ethiopian food, the lady behind the counter gave us free ice cream. After the ice cream, we got to talking to our neighbors at the next table and had the spiced tea and the jebana coffee, both of which were absolutely incredible. It was a great time with lovely people, good food, and even better drinks.
my lunch was $15 for one piece of chicken and boiled egg in sauce, injera, and about half cup salad...but the menu is mislabeled and says the dish should have two pieces of chicken. The atmosphere is clean and bright so that was nice. I will probably come again and order veggie platter just to see if that's more their specialty.
Best Ethiopian food I’ve had in North Carolina so far! Food is very flavorful & the portions are good for what it’s worrh. Definitely will be coming back more often!
I got the veggie platter which had a couple different kinds of lentils with a couple of veggies as sides. The food was amazing! I went with two friends who loved their dishes as well. The restaurant is small. There was only one waitress and the place was packed but she did a very good job of taking care of everyone and not neglecting anyone. I would definitely go back.
