The best burger in Raleigh. Also, where have malt vinegar chips been all my life? This is comfort food to the max.

The burgers are amazing. Yes, they cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for. Disregard all the comments about poor service and high prices. If you want a regular meh-burger head back to your local sports bar. If you want a masterpiece of meat, go to Government Cheeseburger. Sincerely, a burger lover.

OMG the yummiest cheeseburger I’ve had in a long time!!!! I’ve had daydreams of this cheesy goodness ? Bonus: we were able to eat outside on the patio safely. Service was great- it felt awesome being able to go out to eat & feel comfortable w all precautions being taken

Every bite lived up to the hype. The pickled tomato on the bacon burger was a genius addition. Every component in each dish - whether it was the burger, patty melt, wings, or tater tots - is well thought-out and everything was cooked to perfection. Fantastic!

Absolutely FIRE! Our order was accurate, ready on time and SO DELICIOUS! We went with the original (add bacon, add flat-top onions, duh) and were so pleased. The burgers were incredibly well made and the ratio of bun to burger to cheese and toppings was spot on. The salt and vinegar chips were an awesome accompaniment. One of the best burgers we’ve ever had, definitely looking forward to going back! A job well done!
