The highlight of my dining experience here was undoubtedly the butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. Saffron Indian Restaurant in Cary seems to be an excellent choice for those looking for delicious Indian cuisine. We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant and were willing to drive from Greensboro to try their food. We tried Butter Chicken GSR, Chole Bhature, Kurkuri Bhindi (Crispy Okra), freshly made naan bread, Tandoori Chicken and Mango Lassi.
One of the standout features of Saffron Indian Restaurant appears to be Chef Rawat. Having a skilled chef who can bring out the best flavors in every dish is always great. Additionally, Mamta, the restaurant host, provided excellent hospitality and made us feel welcome.
Overall, based on our experience Saffron Indian Restaurant in Cary is a great choice for those seeking authentic Indian cuisine. It is always nice to find a restaurant that excels not only in food but also in service.

I visited Saffron Indian Cuisine in Cary, and I have to say that it was one of the most memorable dining experiences I have ever had. From the food to the service to the ambience, everything was top-notch, but what really made this restaurant stand out was Chef Rawat himself.

The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared..

But what really made the food at Saffron stand out was Chef Rawat's personal touch. He took the time to come out and talk to us about each dish, explaining the ingredients and the inspiration behind each one. He was clearly passionate about his craft, and it showed in every dish we tried.

The service was also exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered suggestions when we were unsure what to order.

Finally, the ambience of the restaurant was perfect. The decor was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and tasteful decorations. It was the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends.

The food, service, and ambience were all exceptional, but what really made this restaurant unique was Chef Rawat's personal touch. I can't wait to go back and try more of his amazing creations!

I have tried other Indian restaurants but there is no comparison in the taste. The service was outstanding in warm cozy and romantic atmosphere with peaceful ambiance. We had delicious seafood platter for appetizer. We enjoyed the vegetarian and non-vegetarian entree with fresh Tandoori garlic naan bread and basmati rice. We highly recommend this place to everyone. Must go place to have authentic Indian food to enjoy along with your family, so many varieties of mouth watering food. We simply love it.

The tandoori chicken was perfectly marinated and cooked in a clay oven, giving it a smoky flavor and juicy texture. Kadai Mutton and butter chicken(with bones) were just perfect and reminded me of authentic Delhi food.
