Wonderful ambience. And if there is a mistake in your order they corrected right away. Very friendly. And I don't even mind the pricing.

The food and drinks are great. The service and atmosphere is lacking.

This is my favorite place to get a smoothie from. Food is always fresh and customer service is great!

I love Tropical Smoothie, the smoothies are usually so great! Especially from the “regular” staff. Lately though, I have been disappointed. I’ve come in twice now in the last two weeks and told them my order and they had it mistaken. The first time, I went back and asked for the right one. They agreed, but had a poor attitude about the situation as I walked away. This most recent time, I didn’t realize until I left. I thought maybe a newer employee was still just learning how to make the drinks (so totally understandable). The lady who took my order was regular. But she got the order completely wrong. I think the staff need to listen better to what we are ordering and what we ask for, if they get it wrong please keep it professional and I won’t be upset, everything can be fixed. I understand an honest mistake, but this is starting to become too often and I really love the smoothies but this problem doesn’t make me want to spend my money anymore. I feel bad complaining to them because I know how they react when I walk away, but I really dislike spending my money on something I didn’t order.
