Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Country home cookin'! Comfort food! Nostalgic decor! Don't be expecting quiet and quaint (and I wasn't)!!! Think, house full of families and vocal kids. The food really hit the spot tonight: chopped steak, green beans, turnip greens. The seasonings were perfect for MY palate!!!

Very busy Sunday but we were able to snag a seat in less than 30 minutes. The rocking chairs helped to ease our wait in the morning sun. Food was great and although we were a fairly larger group, our new server handled every order and request very professionally and promptly. Great service!

Generous portions, great value. The people out the door for less than $40 (including generous tip) with lots of leftovers. Service was great; very prompt, friendly, always on top of refills, and no pressure to get out even though it was a very busy time.

I've always liked Cracker Barrel. I didn't know there was one this close, and I'll definitely be back, would definitely consider coming for family events.

I have always enjoyed Cracker Barrel's food. They are the commercial "staple" of country food. I had meatloaf, pinto beans, turnip greens, spiced apples, a biscuit and cornbread. It was definitely plenty. I noticed they have expanded their menu. Also, they serve breakfast entrees all day.

It has been a few years since our visit however found the location very easy fairly close to the airport. Restaurant offered a wide selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner items at fair prices. If you like comfort food this is the place to stop at. Service was good and based on the number of people at dinner time more than enough help to take care of the demand. Retail store located as you enter the store is filled with a wide variety of unique items with a good selection of hard to find candy items. Front porch filled with old fashion rocking chairs with a few areas set up with the checker boards and checkers.
