Wendy's

Last afternoon I had a bad experience in Wendy's at S.Miami Blvd. So i decided not to go Wendy's back again. But my wife said this is best place then other store..its little far away for me but I tried it for my wife. Honestly the food and service is so good. More importantly they kept restaurant clean. I hope manager name Chris , he is very nice and helpful. And this team quicker, better and helpful. The one in S.miami Blvd is near this one little far for me, but for the service and atmosphere it's worth to travel here. Thanks guys

I came right at 12 noon, so the line at the drive-thru was around the building. However, it seemed like they were only taking one or two orders at a time. Lunch should be the most staffed hour of the day so orders can go as fast as possible. There really didn't seem to be any urgency at all. It took almost 15 minutes to get through the line. I've been to other restaurants at noon where the line is 3-4 times longer, and gotten through the line faster because of how they handle their peak times.

I've been to this store many times, and at least half the time there's something wrong. The wait time is ridiculous, they make my food wrong, the fries may be old or cold, or they forget utensils. I come here because it's convenient, but I may have to find somewhere else to eat because it has become inconvenient to always have problems.

Today's order:
My food was made correctly and my fries were hot and fresh, but they forgot my spoon for my Jr. Frosty.

I was going to give 2 stars, but the 3rd star is for the hot, fresh fries and special orders made correctly.

This is a great little Wendy's. I've eaten here at least a handful of times a month for the past few years during my maintenance route at work. The food is always really good and the staff is polite. The restaurant has never been outrageously dirty even during or after lunch rush. Last of all, parking is very spacious and plentiful. There is a convenience store right next door that sells gasoline if you need it or cheap drinks to supplement your purchase. Overall a solid location and a go to for lunch if you are in the area.
