I ate at Brixx, plenty of times so this was the first time I ate at this location. The food was delish and my party we shared all of our pizzas. The bathroom had a stopped up toilet before we arrived and my party told the staff. Overall...great location, great food. Our waitress could of been more friendlier otherwise would have given a four star.
We've never eaten at a Brixx, because there isn't one where we're from. We love a good wood-fired pizza, though. We thought there service was excellent, the pizza was delicious, and the restaurant was very clean. We really enjoyed our Buffalo chicken and pepperoni pizzas. When we return to the area, we'll definitely look to eat at Brixx again.
I spoke with a chef there and I was told that they actually work on improving and changing dishes regularly. This may seem like common practice in most restaurants, but I was impressed that Brixx does it, too. Good prices on beer and wonderful staff. Would highly recommend their pizza, too.
Waiter was amazing. He acted like he actually cared about his job. Very friendly. food was great. We sat where half of our table could see into the kitchen, which some one at our table saw 2 of the cooks eating bare handed, licking their fingers and continuing to touch customers food. Our waiter, who we told this to, spoke with them about it and how they are visible to the customers, they then washed their hands and put on gloves and put away their food. As our waiter said, their policy is for employees to eat at the tables like the customers.
Great personal pizzas and brews. Casual dining with roomy tables. Great service. 1 pizza out of 5 ordered could have spent more time in the oven though. Test crust was softer than the others. Could have been due to the extra fresh mozzarella it had.
