I am fortunate enough to call him a friend and was fortunate enough to be invited to the soft opening and dine with my family on friends on the very first night Spazio opened. Truly it was a magnificent meal and lived up to Chef Paolo's high standards. When a dining experience is this good on the very first night, I know that Spazio will flourish and delight diners for years to come.
