Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

The Shrimp Po'boy was amazing! The shrimp are lightly battered, none of that cheap breading. The tomato was fresh, the bun was soft and a little sweet, the fries were hot and the staff was great. Our new favorite place.

I was honestly not expecting much based on previous reviews. I got an order for pick up and was not disappointed! The burger was perfect size and delicious (this comes from someone that rarely eats meat). I also got two chicken tender platters and was surprised to see my kids eating coleslaw! They really enjoyed the chicken. The only complaint I have is the tots were greasy and not cooked enough. They also tasted like they were fried with onions. This is definitely a great place for reasonably priced quality food!

Sat here for 10 minutes with zero service but 5 employees who can walk by and not bat an eye. Teamwork doesn't seem apparent. Not as busy as usual but the tables seated after got quick service than compared to me. I chose to sit at the bar as I was alone but apparently I should have chosen a table for prompt service. Food is great but service is lacking. I would recommend ordering food to go.
