Mezeh Mediterranean Grill (Spring Forest)

Mezeh continues to amaze. This is their second Raleigh location in less than a month! It's a Mediterranean themed build your own bowl place with a ton of choices. They have the most topping selections for any "build your own bowl" places and they are all fresh. The protean selection is excellent with Chicken Shawama the best but they also have other chicken, beef, lamb, and veggie protean selections. The pita that came with the bowl was excellent. The caramelized eggplant topping is the best one of any topping I've had, anywhere.
This location is far bigger than the Hillsboro Street location and very nicely decorated with a true Mediterranean feel.
The portions are very big but the best part is that you still feel "fresh" after the meal. The ingredients are fresh and you just feel good after the full meal.
The service is excellent. The drinks are interesting and healthy looking. If you want a healthy, fresh and flavorful meal, this is the place to be.
I can't wait for them to open locations in Western Wake!

Delicious!! So many fresh ingredients and I love that I can add as many as I want. Will definitely be back!! The coconut mango drink is really good too.

Just picked up a catering order from their new location on Spring Forest!!! These guys came through at the last minute for a catering request and everything looks phenomenal!!! We also used them for a catering event for our company party and everyone raved about how great the food was. Absolute win!!!! And the prices are just as amazing as the quality of food! Thank you soooo much for being able to help our family last minute for our Christmas event tonight!

Love Mezeh when we visit the DC area and so excited they're here in Raleigh. Great food and on the healthy side ????
