    some how my order was incorrect, one too many ingredients! but it was re-done perfectly w/ smiles and a few extra goodies for the error.great service and integrity. i will be back

    Absolutely delicious food and amazingly priced! A whole meal was only around 5-6 dollars and the portions are awesome. The staff is very pleasant also!

    Great food, excellent shakes, lots of FUN! Customer Service is always what seems to suffer at this Steak 'n Shake. Love the food and shakes, the atmosphere is great. My hope is that at some point this location will hire and train staff members that are as customer centric as they are each other centric. Just one afternoon in the dining room here, and you can learn the staff's plans for the night. Who is dating whom, the latest break up drama...
