The Cheesecake Factory

I went to the Cheesecake Factory, in which I go often. My service is always great and food delicious. But This specific time my service exceeded expectations!! My waiter Derrick L. Was great wonderful, vibrant and energetic. I appreciate it I really do. Even the table beside me was talking about how wonderful he was. Great staff!

A popular date night destination for the wife and myself. It gets a little crowded in the evening with occasional long waits. But the food is always worth it and even during rushes the staff are calm and helpful! They have many menu options, sometimes to many. But no doubt there is always something you'll find to eat that's delicious. And cheesecake is always a great bonus! Nothing like cheesecake factory, cheesecakes!

Wish there were more of these, its crazy trying to get in here on the weekend. We found a great time though but it's 2 hours before closing, which is late for dinner. But our last waitress was awesome didn't rush us, we enjoyed a light dinner and took our cheesecake home. This is another place that makes a great mojito! And really like the small plate menu, the salads are amazing! I've never tried something here I didn't like.

As part of a celebration for my daughter’s 16th birthday, my family and I decided to have dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. Since it was 15 of us, I tried to make reservations; however, this restaurant does not accept reservations during the weekend. Instead, there is a first come first serve policy in place.

In any event, this restaurant typically has long waiting times so we went to the restaurant at 3:45 pm with the hope of being seated by 5:00 pm. When we arrived, we were told it was a 1 and a half - 2 hours wait time. We decided to wait as the birthday girl really wanted to eat at that restaurant. It took exactly 2 hours before we were seated.

Our server and her assistant were fabulous! They took good care of our needs, were pleasant, professional, and friendly.

The food was good as well. We ordered quite a variety of items. The food was flavorful, tasty and presented well plated. The brown rice and the noodles were undercooked; however, everything else was cooked well.

Other than the extremely long wait time, we had a wonderful visit especially when the servers got together and sang happy birthday to my daughter. ????

I had a club sandwich which came with fries. It was the typical club sandwich, nothing to write home about. For dessert, I had the Ultimate red velvet cheesecake. It was really good. Our server was a little slow but good. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
