First Watch - Brier Creek

The food is very tasty, and clearly fresh but at the same time unremarkable. You can get the same thing elsewhere. The service is friendly and quick, even for when it's extremely busy. Given their very short hours (7 - 230), you can expect it to be busy. However, the food is expensive and the portion sizes really don't justify the cost. That means that this is not a place I'll be coming to regularly. I'd recommend it for sure, but what you're really paying for is the vibe and atmosphere.

Wait staff pleasant and responsive. The food was delicious (try the grits with cheese). My wife especially liked the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. Seems like an excellent place to meet up with friends for breakfast (a few outside tables, which is a nice touch).

I tried the vegetarian burger recently even though I am not a vegetarian. It was pretty good. But I usually go there for breakfast food. It has indoor and outdoor seating. It's normally not a long wait to be seated and the last time I was there, the food was ready as quick as a wink. It also has a nice friendly atmosphere.

First watch is amazing! Their food is always delicious! Today I had smoked salmon toast which was a special and it was so good! Sometimes there is a wait but it always moves quickly. High recommend!

I work in the same shopping center as these folks and they are a GIFT FROM GOD HIMSELF. The staff is so welcoming and friendly I love picking up my breakfast from them once a week. I'm currently eating the French toast this time & I had to put the fork down because this was made with so much love. There is no better way to start my morning before a hurricane of a shift without y'all. Keep killing it, y'all ROCK thank you so much!
