    I called in a take-out order and said Briar Creek at least twice. But when I got there the staff told me there wasn't any record of my order. I had to re-order and wait. The take-out food was good, everyone liked their meal, staff at the restaurant was attentive. Why take to-go call-ins if you don't want people to call?

    One sandwich was great (BLT on a Croissant). Second sandwich was okay sorta. Fries were warm. Never received my add on, even when I asked for it. Asked for salt, waitress brought me a soft drink! No paper towels in ladies rest room. Had to ask twice for a to-go box. Had to wait for server to pay bill, eventually another server came to take payment. If this were my 1st trip to Red Robin, it would have also been my last!
