“Went in today. They were super busy. Probably 20 guest in front of me in line. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service all the way around! The one taking orders was a Hispanic lady she was so awesome. Really sweet, funny, polite. Then at the pick up counter the lady there was super friendly and nice. They were extremely busy and kept their cool and held it together with class. With such amazing customer service I will be back to this location and I live near Fayetteville but don't mind the drive for such awesome staff!!”

“Never had firehouse, been a loyal Jersey Mike's customer but thought I would give them a try today. Ordered 3 steak and cheese subs and was highly disappointed when I got them and there wasn't even enough meat between the 3 sandwiches to make 2 good ones. I had a large, took all the meat from both sides and placed them on one side and still had bread with no meat. Flavor was good but honestly it was mostly bread with a bit of meat.”

Slightly disappointed, but I told him that it was fine... just to add some extras of what was on my list. When I got home, I realized that he had just thrown in random donuts I didn't request. “The food was great for the most part, but the only problem I had was with the waitress who was serving drinks. First, when she asked me if I wanted more water, I said, "No thank you." And then she waved me off with a bad attitude??? Really?? What kind of a customer service is that?? This is the kind of stuff I can hardly ever deal with. I never took a sip of my water yet right before this incident happened. I know that we all make mistakes, but the mistakes don't make us just because we got offended by the waitress waving us off with a bad attitude. I pray and hope that this will not happen again next time. Otherwise, she might as well be better off finding another job and annoy the daylights out of the other customers. Poor service doesn't need to be appreciated at all, especially when dealing with the customers here at this restaurant. I love the food, especially the seafood, citrus fruits, water with lemon and lime added, the place where I was assigned to enjoy my food. I was happy sitting at D1 for dinner tonight.”

“Great menu. Most places don't offer 4 eggs with their dishes, which is great. These are probably liquid poured eggs, not cracked. Think McDonald's eggs. Outstanding service. You always knew the servers were on top of the process. Our order was late coming out waiting for sausages to be made, but they gave us each a free strawberry muffin for the trouble. Amazing coffee for cheap. Lively place without the loud music, which is great.”

“Last night we visited Garibaldi’s for the second time since moving west from near the Outer Banks. We sat at the bar, as we all know how busy Friday nights can be. The 2 women working the bar were Excellent! I give them 5 stars each! A’s for being super knowledgeable in all aspects of the menu as well as drinks, their warm and welcoming personalities, their helpfulness with my allergies, great sense of balance when drink bottles attempted mutiny off the shelf, their ability to fill in and help each other seamlessly.. These women are tremendous assets to Garibaldi’s! I only wish I remembered both their names. I know we will enjoy any evening we eat at the bar! Our mescaline salad and special pizza were great! Thank you to the pizza chef who made one half with goat feta, since I can’t eat any cow cheeses. We have had two great experiences here, and look forward to being back often! Thank you, Garibaldi’s!! “Joyce & Family Restaurant is a staple in our family. We’ve eaten there for the last 3 Easters and on countless other occasions. Having grown up in South Carolina, they have the best southern food I’ve ever eaten (especially their fried chicken), the most friendly staff, and Joyce herself is always there to greet every guest.
