Very average food. The corn bread was sticky and sweet but good. The chicken wasn't seasoned very well and wasn't fresh. The green beans were undercooked. The mashed potatoes were yummy. Apply pie was good. Service was fast and friendly. Just....bland, unexciting food.

I ate here about a week ago. I hadn't been in a while . I enjoyed the upgrades to the dining area as well as the staff. The food was pretty good as well. Be mindful up of the up charges on some side items. You wont see it until you pay for it, unless you ask up front if there is an up charge for the sides.

Let me just say that the girl that was working around 5pm on 3/8/19, I think her name was Maria or Mara, was great. She was extremely pleasant when she greeted me and introduced herself and the gentleman preparing the food. I was tired and had a headache when I got there, but she was sooo nice that she put me in a better mood. I told the cashier to let her know that she has great customer service. She was very attentive and even let me know without me asking, that my food would be ready shortly. If I owned a business I would hire her in a heartbeat!

Let's face it, its fast food. It's not terrible and better than another fried burger or fried chicken. Your gonna have to bring a heavy wallet though if you are used to lunch deals (I went at lunchtime). But if you are okay with $8 for a chopped chicken sandwich with cheese then okay. But I was fairly disappointed in the cost vs value. Now, I came in at the tail end of lunch, but darn get someone to clean the tables. There were no tables when I went that didn't need to be cleaned off. We had to clean our own table off of dirty dishes or wait for an employee to do it, I was hungry.

So the food wasn't bad, just not memorable. I don't think I will be going back though.
