    I don’t normally post reviews so for me to take time to say this says a lot! Service was fast and food was amazing. I was sold from the smell of the food before I got to the truck. I had the chicken and steak. Everything was well seasoned especially the rice. Best fried rice I’ve ever had to date. Definitely will look out for this truck again!

    The first thing I look for with the steak and chicken is tenderness without any fat or gristle. My service was fast and you can tell they care about the food prep. because the meat wasn't dry. The fired rice was solid and their sauces (sweet and sour and yum yum) were on point. I'd like to see them offer a fresh spring roll along with the fried. Thumbs up!

    Much improved! New ownership and the food is much more flavorful and quality than in the past. Would recommend to anyone that likes hibachi!
