REAL DEAL Mexicano! Maybe the only ethnic restaurant in Raleigh with less gringos than homebodies. We have been to Acapulco, and this is the closest you will come in Raleigh. An amazing offering of many tastes in very simple "clean eats." Do NOT miss the fresh toppings bar, with not only a variety of salsas and peppers, but spiced carrots and cucumbers as well. Try a bunch for your crew! Personal note, avoid the menudo, unless you know what tripe is and like it.

Delicious, authentic Mexican food. Food is made to order, and comes out quick (10 mins). Large salsa bar. They bring you chips to share. Portions are very large which is great for the price. They have breakfast options all day. A favorite spot to go for lunch during the workday.

Went for lunch. Very friendly staff. Quick service. They have a nice salsa bar. They bring you a basket of chips and then you have several salsas to choose from.

Got the chicken fajitas. Talk about a ton of food. Between the fajitas and the rice/beans you will leave stuffed. Food came out in about 10 minutes. Went at about 11:45 and it wasn't really that busy yet but by the time I left, more people started coming in.

Food was very tasty. Would definitely go again.
