Third time I've been to Bida Manda and it did not disappoint. First and foremost, gotta mention my server Brill, I'm pretty sure that's what I read on my receipt. He's a Philly guy, so naturally we clicked right off the bat. He saw my flyers card and then showed me the screen saver of his phone was the eagles Superbowl win. Anyway, he crushed the service. Made some awesome suggestions and overall executed all the plays with finesse. Obviously I'll be back. Obviously I'm gonna have to request to be seated in Brill's section. e a g l e s eagles! The food is great, the drinks are refreshing and the ambiance will blow your mind. Check it out.
There's a reason why they keep winning awards! The first thing you'll notice is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They're amazing! Their menu has a good variety of options. I know they're known for their soup, but branch out and try other options too! The papaya salad with a filet is amazing, and they have a fascinating saffron crepe! The atmosphere and decor is the icing on the cake :)
The service and the food were incredible. Unique flavors and a cool bar, with interesting (and super tasty) cocktails. I'm hooked. We have been there many times and have never had any complaints, except that it's hard to get a reservation. The food was really good , the service is fast and staff is nice. Good advise for food and wine . Prices are incredibly correct knowing the quality of the food . Don’t forgot to check the brewery next to it !
Great place, food location and service. If you don't know Laotian food (which my party did not) trust the recommendations of your server. Ours gave great advice after hearing about our tastes.
Just make sure that you bring a full appetite as their portions are more than generous.
Reservations are HIGHLY recommended and be on time for them, apparently they will only hold it for 10 minutes or so.
One of the best dining experiences we've had in the triangle!
There is a reason I had to make the reservation so far in advance. AMAZING. From the chips they brought to start to the shot of pineapple/lime juice at the end. Everyone loved their food. Best spring rolls I've had in my life. Can't wait to come back!
