    Chef Don Drollinger’s concept of doing one thing really, really well is the core ideal behind the new menu at Blowfish Bar, on Glenwood. Featuring the ubiquitous taco as the centerpiece item , Blowfish currently has four basic styles to choose from ( Cali ,Caution,Classic, and Messy ),along with sides of Guacamole, Queso, beans, and dirty rice. What sets the bar so high at Blowfish are the incredible seasonings and flavors in Chef Don’s recipes . Simply put, the food tastes terrific, and well worth a visit! Jacq and Kelly and Sean and Nick are the best bartenders ever, and the entire evening was a great time! Highly recommend ?????
