    I ordered the #44 (steak well-done and over easy pancakes with hoisin sauce) and can confidently say I’ve never had anything tastier in my life. The roach eggs he tops the pancakes with were so tasty! You’d never think a combination of filth like that would be such an incredible flavor explosion. Thanks, Chez!

    Best place to Eat steak and pancakes! The owner came out after he made it. Sat down to eat with us like we knew each other for 27 yrs
