Gusto Farm to Street

Good food, staff needs help. The past 3 times I've been, there have been issues related to staff training. Once the cashier wasn't removing her disposable gloves between handling cash and making food. When customers complained, she ran out of gloves. It took all 3 staff and 10 minutes to find more. The next time there was a backup on the pizza conveyer belt which caused the pizzas to be mildly dented. The staff tossed the pizzas and everyone had to wait for them to be remade. The people in line we're all bemoaning the waste (and the wait). I feel like a more experienced staff would've apologized, offered a free drink, and served up those pizzas. Last time I went, I wanted a salad to go. The cashier couldn't find a top that would hold a seal on the bowl. After dumping my salad in three bowls, I told him I would just eat it there: my salad was unappealingly mashed and I was inconvenienced. The staff are trying but need more training and support from management.

I was in town for a meeting. We wanted to go to another restaurant, however we didn't want to risk being late due to traffic. We decided to try Gusto for something quick. As a self-proclaimed Pizza Connoisseur, I can say that this was one of the best pizzas I've had in a really long time. I created my own (mozzarella, ham, pineapples, tomatoes, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning). The crust was perfect. The cheese was melted exactly the way I liked it and the toppings were delicious. I will definitely be recommending Gusto to my friends and family who come to the area.

I love this place! Pizzas are amazing and packed full of flavor. My favorite is Devil's Wing! Cauliflower crust is good too!

Gusto has some amazing food. I first tried them on doordash and loved it. I went to check out the restaurant and still loved the food but not the customer service. The staff was not rude, just not very welcoming. No one smiled, they barely said hello, and just seemed not to care whether or not I was there. Great food, could be friendlier.
