Calamari was cooked correctly and was tasty. Waitress was very accommodating regarding salad ingredients changes. The margherita pizza is supposed to have a tomato sauce base, but instead was a white sauce. Tasty nonetheless.
Hostess put us in a very poor spot and no one was outside (see picture). The server didn't know the draft beers they have on tap, so I went with a local brew I like, rather than try something new. Staff should be trained better! If we moved seats our waiter would be changed and he'd lose the tip, so we stayed put. Food was good, experience could have been a lot better. Next time we will pick our own seating. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Outside dinning has great cover for bad weather, good view of the street and a great big TV for viewing.
We stayed at the Sheraton for the evening and came here for lunch and cocktails the next day. The place had a great atmosphere. Loved being able to see the open kitchen and wood fire pizzas cooking!
We sat at the bar. Our bartenders and everyone else working there, were exceptionally friendly. The service was on time.
I had the steak salad, which was good. My friend had a pizza, which was also good. Honestly, we expected the food to be much better. Portions are really large so it's a trade off, I guess. Perhaps if I'd partaken of more of the great beer selection I'd have enjoyed the food more!
