Loved, loved, loved it. The waitress, Amanda and the manager Oleg were awesome! I am a forever customer because of these 2 and will be returning. I was not happy with an appetizer and had a dirty glass and they were very accommodating. The manager comp'd my appetizer and gave me a whole bottle of champagne and served us. Customer service can get no better than that. Great atmosphere, good crowd, and outdoor space. Live music was great as well. A must visit. Parking is free in the garage across the street where Harris Teeter is located.

Best service, great views, cool atmosphere, and amazing drinks. Had the “Water-Mule-On” (watermelon mule.. I had 2) and my boyfriend got the “Sweet Caroline”. The drinks came out super fast and the bartenders were very attentive and personable. Level 7 is definitely a must in Raleigh.

Great spot to lounge and get a drink. The drink menu was very diverse and they have something for everyone. They have a bit of a food menu too with good options, mostly tapas style. The service was awesome too. I really love the rooftop view here, hooves you a good look of midtown. I definitely recommend
