Pizza=very good. Creative toppings with a thicker, sweeter crust than a New York style.
Service=very nice and polite????
Music=no bueno. I would suggest a lower decibel and crappy top 40 from 15 years ago should be illegal in restaurants. I ate outside to get away from the noise pollution.

I’ve been a Lilly’s customer for a good while now. While I have always loved the pizza and the laid back atmosphere, Kendra made last night’s Lilly experience something to smile about. She was more than accommodating when notified of a small mishap and made it her mission to ensure everything came out alright. After chatting, she told me that she had been working at Lilly’s for 12 years now. Lilly’s is lucky to have her! Thanks, Kendra!

The food here is amazing. Customer service is abysmal at best. They make you feel privileged to be there. We go there on a regular basis and I can only think of once that something didn't get screwed up. If it weren't for the ridiculously good stoner food, this place wouldn't be in business.

I'm visiting Raliegh and wanted delivery of Lilly's Pizza to try some really good local food. I ordered and paid online, got a confirmation email, then waited for it. After the delivery window had passed, I called to check on my order. When I called I was informed that they never filled the order because it didn't transfer from the online ordering system, and that this happens frequently. I cancelled the order rather than wait another hour for the food. I was not offered expedited delivery or anything besides waiting or canceling. So, not reviewing the food but rather the way they conduct business. I'm disappointed.

Re-review: Following my review above and the owners response, we tried to get a pizza delivery again. Full disclosure, the pizza and delivery were complimentary, however we did tip the driver. The pizza was prompt, hot, and most importantly delicious! Seriously, really good pizza. I definitely recommend the pizza (and calling the business directly for delivery). Thanks to Jon for setting this up. It's clear he cares deeply for his business and customer service!

Went in on a Monday and they were busier than usual, probably because of the beautiful weather. Staff was running their butts off trying to keep up and did a great job of remaining positive even after a woman threw a fit because she didn't realize there was a separate line for picking up orders. Pizza was delicious as always. It is really hard to work in a restaurant that is so popular, especially on unusually busy days. I hope we can all learn to be a little more patient.
