Mama Crow's Burger & Salad Shop

Thursday afternoon 10/24/19. Stood at an empty counter waiting to order. No one approached us. I finally asked one of the chiefs where we could order. Though he responded, it was annoying him to be asked. He pointed to the far end of the counter and told us to order from the cashier. Just to paint the picture, the order board is in the center of the area and it looks like you would order from someone and then be passed to a cashier.
The cashier never called out or approached us to take our order. This is the equivalent of a fast food restaurant cashier. There payment system pops up with a 25% tip that was somehow added to our bill. We asked to have it removed as this is just an order of fries and no one seemed interested un helping us. Thus also annoyed the cashier.
It then took 10 minutes to complete a simple fry order. I would not suggest this vendor if you are in a hurry and are expect good service.

I will say the fries we good.

Great burger in a really cool spot. If you want something delicious and subtly different, come on over. The salads look fantastic too, but I’ll save those for the next trip!

No BS, hands down the best burger I’ve ever had. I went in for a salad and made what I think was one of the best culinary decisions of my life. Thank you so much for being awesome!!

Just what this amazing food hall needed. Burgers & Salads. Mama Crow's is a great compliment to all of the other amazing restaurants at Transfer Co. Food Hall. Their mouth-watering smash burgers are friggin' incredible and can't be beat in Raleigh. The salads are super fresh, unique, and delicious. Something for everyone!

Had the Crow burger with bacon and seasoned fries. The patty was cooked at a medium and caramelized. Delicious. The rest of the toppings were fresh. They also offer large healthy salads. Good for when your looking for something green :)
The space has a nice vibe and the staff is really friendly.
Great addition to the food hall.
