OMTea Boba & Bites

So delicious! Service was also amazing. They were super busy but you didn’t have to wait too long. I’ve been searching for a new boba place and this might be it. I wish there was one closer to where I live (north hills). I think this place would make a killing in North Hills.

Our first 2 orders here were great. Today, they forgot to add sugar to my drink and asking for less ice did not seem to change anything. Not worth the $10 per cup.

Their tea is just average, but a little sweeter than what we normally get from other places (ordered 50% sweet). Service needs to be improved. We were on tight schedule so we ordered online for 1 hour pickup. When we got there at pickup line, they told us we had to go through order line. We had to wait for other people to order their drinks for about 10 mins to just let them know we were here for pickup. They did not have our order ready yet. Basically they just made our order when we told them. What is the point to order ahead?
