Best sushi ever! Quality over quantity. Just try it for yourself and you'll see. I'll never go somewhere else for sushi anymore. The presentation is delicate and beautiful. Each roll has a nice balance in texture and flavor. It's easy to notice that they are using the best ingredients that they can find. The sushi chef was very polite and courteous. Nice staff. Calm atmosphere. Clean and organized place. Great experience.

Sushi Mon is my new favorite sushi restaurant in Raleigh. The staff is friendly and thoroughly explains each course. The interior decoration is exquisite and adds to the dining experience. The sushi is prepared with tremendous attention of detail and I was presented with unbelievable flavors. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a date night, social event, work lunch, or even the whole family.

A bit expensive, but the food was definitely worth the price. Absolutely love the lunch sushi combo, and the student discount makes it slightly more accessible. The aesthetic of the restaurant is also great plus great service. This place is my current go to for great sushi.

Once the foodies find this place, it will be hard to get a table. So get in and enjoy this amazing experience while you can! The food is delicious, the staff are passionate and friendly, and the owner is delivering a big city quality with every plate.

Our server knew the menu forwards and backwards. She was also very personable and gave us some top notch recommendations. The Rock Salt Seared Salmon was by far the best! We ordered another!

The owner (and one of the Chefs) Chris came here from San Francisco - and it shows. This is the kind of place I'd expect to find packed to the brim in a big city.

If you want it your way, go to Burger King. If you want to experience a brilliant culinary mind and some of the freshest, most expertly prepared sushi this side of Tokyo then this is the place. Prices are in line (if not better) with some of the best sushi restaurants I’ve been to and honestly good sushi is well worth the price. The presentation is pure art and the decor is to match. Service was personal, genuine, and very attentive. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this for any true sushi lover.
