The customer service at this location is the best I’ve ever experienced. They’re friendly, give attention to each individual, remember familiar faces and their orders as well. Best sandwich in Garner prepared by pleasant staff.

This location always has staff who are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They’re fast, accurate, and always have a smile on their faces.

My one complaint is that the bread availability is consistently terrible after 6:30 PM on weekdays. It’s not uncommon to be told that the only choice is white bread, and I’ve had a few nights where I was told there was no bread left at all. Having to commute on I-40/440 means that 6:30 PM is the earliest I can make it to this location from my office, so I’ve placed orders with the app earlier in the day with the assumption that there would be a normal bread selection. This usually ended with me getting a phone call a few minutes before the pickup time I selected, where a very nice person informs me that the bread I wanted isn’t available.

I really wish I could give this location a 5 star rating because the people are fantastic, but the consistent lack of bread selection is a big disappointment. Hopefully I’ll be able to edit this review to 5 stars someday.

The service was slow, I had to wait for my partner to get their food. If I had started eating without them I would have been halfway finished by the time they got their food and i am a slow eater. The employees were very nice though, and it didn't look like there were a lot of them so that could explain the wait. The floors were kind of dirty but the drink station was kept clean. If I was in the area and wanted a good sub, I would go back

The customer service and food was great as always! This time there was a worker who’s attentiveness was outstanding! If I owned a business I would have most definitely offered her a job on the spot! But for the time being,Timber location gets 5stars from me for customer service. Please keep it going so families can continue to enjoy the atmosphere while enjoying Jersey Mike’s great subs!

We just had an awesome experience. Great customer service, friendly service and cared about our customer experience! This location is great and we constantly use the kids eat free program on Sundays.

I had an order of 4 giants for a get together and willingly cut all 4 into minis and it was done with a how can I help attitude..

THIS lunch crew deserves a Job well done at this location!!
