    Went inside and outstanding service checking to see if we needed a coffee refill. Food good and service excellent.

    5.5.19..Been back since my last visit and accuracy and hotness was a complete victory not to mention the smiling face at the drive-thru. Let's just say if you're in drive-thru, you might want to check your bag before you pull out of the parking lot........

    They were out of the dressing that was supposed to come with the salad ordered. Instead of telling me that when I ordered that they let me discover it on my own after I paid and looked in the bag and asked for the correct one. If I wanted the other dressing I would have ordered it. You don't substitute an item without asking the customer. What if there was a reason for specifically ordering that item like a food allergy? Coffee was cold. Fries nasty. Come on Wendy's, you can do better.
